Classes can be booked directly through our online booking system. Browse our Schedule, select your preferred class, and reserve your spot. We recommend booking in advance, as spaces are often limited.
Comfortable movement clothing and grip socks are recommended for all Pilates classes. For Reformer classes, the socks are mandatory. If it's your first visit, we suggest arriving a few minutes early to familiarise yourself with the studio and meet your instructor.
